Time Permitting, I will publish the Recipes here.
It's been nearly two decades since I published our Gluten-Free & Wheat-Free Gourmet Desserts book. In the years since, I eventually made the contents of the book free to everyone via our Gluten-Free-Desserts.com website. I even turned off all advertisements in order to make the site load super-fast without any garbage interlaced with the content. The Recipe Library there had grown to a couple hundred desserts, breads, pizza crusts, main courses, and other recipes. I know it was popular and I have seen the web traffic reports showing it still remains a frequent destination for gluten-free recipes.
But, even though much of the information was static on there, it seems that I still end up performing hosting tasks every so often when the underlying technology-stack goes through yet another upgrade cycle. And, without any advertising revenue, nor book sales, it only makes sense hosting on a free platform. The free platforms are few, and many have bandwidth / storage limits. So, as much as I have been glad to be able to provide high-quality free recipes to everyone, I also don't really like having to provide a credit-card for billing any excess bandwidth to: i.e., paying to give away recipes is a bit much, and no, I do not want to pay for it with advertising.
The plan: migrate recipes to here.
As I have time, and once I figure out the easiest way to go about this, I hope to move all the recipes to this blog where I can just post them, and leave them "forever" for anyone that wants access to them.

I know there are still, occasionally, some (used) copies of the original print version of my cookbook for sale around the web. That may be an option -- though, it obviously omits all the other bread recipes and many others published since. But, again, with time, and luck, it will all be migrated to here.
