I have had celiac for 30 yrs ( basically 55 yrs bc endo scopes were not at ANY HOSPITAL at the time) and ALL you NEW Celiacs come up with these crazy 15 ingredients that take 2 days to prepare. The celiac diet is rice potatoes, meat, vegs and fruit....simple as that!!!!! I am totally amazed at all the $^%*)*^&% blogs. GET OVER IT...we old celiacs are laughing like crazy !!!!! Not sure if the tartness would make you want to add more sugar to compensate though. Sounds tasty, and I'm sure I'll try it myself soon enough.
