My wife is baking the spaghetti squash ...Anonymous,<br />My wife is baking the spaghetti squash in the oven at 450-degrees F for about 40-50 minutes (depends quite a bit on variability in size of spaghetti squash). She bakes them in a large cast iron pan/skillet with a bit of water in the bottom of pan... squash are split lengthwise, split-side-down in pan... aluminum foil over the entire pan.<br /><br />Hope that helps.
